The analysis is carried out by the author, who has been a Health/Pair Mediator since the beginning of this programme, based on his experience in this type of position. An approach deployed with patients and families. A form of partnership in mental health developed in France for more than a decade.Cet article traite de l’approche psychoéducative mobilisée dans le programme initié par l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS) à travers l’action menée par le Centre Collaborateur de santé mentale Europe (CCOMS) avec le programme Médiateur de Santé/Pair (MSP). L’analyse est menée par l’auteur qui a été médiateur de santé/Pair dès le début de ce programme sur la base de son expérience à ce type de poste.
